What is a Lease Option?
All of our homes are offered as lease option. It's a program we use to help get people with certain credit or other issues into a home of their own without worrying about being forced to suddenly move due to their home getting sold or being hit with unexpected massive rent increases. We are excited to help get you into a home of your own! Perhaps you are self employed, new to a job or have some bruised credit and can't qualify for a home with a bank! If you are interested in one of our rent to own homes, please fill out the application below and once qualified, we can set up a time to view the home.

Can I get a home even if I've been turned down before?
All of our homes are offered on a "Lease Option" basis. We work with families who want their "forever home," who don't want sudden unexpected rent hikes or to be forced to move because the landlord sold the home. Our residents can't make it happen today, due to credit concerns or lack of a large down payment. We know that life "just happens" sometimes. We are not particularly interested in your FICO score, what color you want to paint the kids rooms, or that you want to live with your furry friend. We value integrity, a history of paying your rent on time and the ability to afford your home payment without stressing your lifestyle. Even if you've been turned down for a mortgage or other loan, reach out and tell us about yourself. We are flexible and think differently.
